  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for Metro cities.
  • Outer Regions: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Next-day delivery available in Delhi-NCR.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp and Email notification with the tracking link.

Return Policy

At Prime Device, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your device, we offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.

  • Device must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Original invoice and all accessories must be included.
  • Pick-up will be arranged by Prime Device free of charge.

To help you choose the best value, we use a standardized grading system for all our devices:

  • Pristine (Like New): These devices look brand new with zero visible scratches or dents. Battery health is guaranteed to be 95%+.
  • Good (Certified): Minor, hairline scratches that are only visible under direct light. No structural damage or cracks. Battery health is at least 85%.
  • Fair (Eco-Friendly): Noticeable signs of wear, such as shallow scratches on the frame or back. Perfectly functional and offers the best price-to-performance ratio.
