- Warranty: All devices are covered by a 12-month standard warranty from Prime Device unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, or unauthorized modification.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Prime Device. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a detected error in pricing or product information. In case of mock payment failures during training/demonstration, please refer to our Help Center.
